Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Eskal FreeNut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
Method
  • Preheat oven to 180 deg
  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl
  • Form cookie balls with hands, about 3 cm in size each. Place onto biscuit tray covered with greaseproof paper
  • Flatten each cookie to about 5 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick
  • With a fork, indent the tops of cookies with crisscross pattern
  • Bake 7-9 mins
  • Let cool for 5-10 mins before removing from tray
