Heart Loving Berry Breakfast Parfait

Recipe of the month:

Jammed packed with berries & plant based omega-3's to reduce inflammation and support heart health.  

1 cup coconut OR unsweetened Greek yoghurt
½ cup fresh/frozen blueberries
½ cup fresh/frozen raspberries
½ cup fresh/frozen blackberries
¼ cup puffed buckwheat
½ cup crushed mixed nuts & seeds (walnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds)
Honey to sweeten
1. In a glass cup, layer some yoghurt, then some berries, then some puffed buckwheat
2. Continue layering until no more left
3. Top layers of yoghurt and fruit with honey and crushed nuts
4. Enjoy!
