Recipe of the month: Anti-inflammatory gummies

These super tasty gummies are rich in ginger & turmeric to reduce inflammation, swelling and relieve pain. The gelatin provides a strong foundation to support joints, ligaments, bones and gut health. The coconut cream is a good source of healthy fats and when combined with black pepper improves absorption of the turmeric

 

Ingredients:
250ml filtered water
100ml coconut cream
2 tbsp of Nutraogranics Gelatin
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ginger powder
3 tbsp of maple syrup

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a small saucepan on medium heat
2. Gently bring to the boil and stir mixture until well combined and bubbling
3. Pour mixture into a silicone ice-cube tray
4. Set in fridge for 45 mins- overnight
5. Enjoy! These can last up to 1 week in an airtight container in the fridge
