People normally shed 50-100 scalp hairs every day. Fortunately for most of us, about 90% of our hair follicles are actively growing hair to replace normal daily loss.
The hair growth cycle has three main phases: 1) growth or anagen phase, 2) degenerative or catagen phase when hair stops growing and detaches from its nourishing blood supply, and 3) resting or telogen phase when detached hair falls out. When there are too many resting hair follicles you have visible hair loss. Also, the longer hair follicles remain in the resting phase the
greater the chance of permanent and irreversible hair loss.
Fusion® Health Hair Tonic contains Phytofol®, a modern extract of an ancient Chinese herb, Fallopia multiflora. Research shows that this herb may promote normal regeneration of resting hair follicles, which increases the number of hairs in the anagen phase of the hair growth cycle. In addition, Phytofol® may increase hair follicle melanin to promote normal hair colour and help inhibit premature greying.
In Chinese medicine, the growth and development of the hair depends on the health of the Kidney and Liver organ-meridian systems, with Kidney essence (Jing) influencing the growth of the hair, and Liver Blood providing nourishment to the scalp and hair follicles. Phytofol® works in synergy with the other Chinese herbs in Fusion® Health Hair Tonic to nourish and invigorate Blood, and strengthen Kidney Jing, revitalising hair follicles and promoting healthy hair.

Dosage Recommendations:

• Take 2 capsules once or twice daily
• Child (6-12yrs): Take 1 capsule once or twice daily
• Maintenance: Take 1 or 2 capsules daily
• An extra dose may be taken to enhance results or as professionally advised
